It is no coincidence that the most popular standard in the world is an international standard ISO 9001, dedicated to the organizations’ quality management. When it comes to quality two directions for the company development can be singled out: increase of product quality and the quality management system development.
As quality assessment criteria vary enormously depending on sector affiliation of the organization, there is a number of sector-specific standards in respect of quality management system.
